OUR PROCESS
Our process begins with a design consultation with Patrick.
• After the initial meeting, a scope of work is formed, associated with the construction project at hand.
• Once the proposal is accepted, we develop a 3D digital rendering design of our client’s project.
• After the client approves the digital design, we procure stamped engineered plans, matching up with our 3D design.
• Once the engineered plans are complete, they are submitted, along with the 3D digital design, to the local homeowners association. As well as the county for permitting.
• After the necessary permits and approvals are received, we move into the demolition and excavation phase of the project.
• From here, we manage our construction crews and the flow of materials until completion.

AUGMENTED REALITY IN DIGITAL DESIGN
The potential for AR to enhance the processes in the Architectural industry is immense:
-
Allows to project digital information onto architectural drawings.
-
It solves the problem of getting a project from the screen to a physical space.
-
Visualizing design data in the context of the real environment.
-
Allows for problem solving remotely with all data in front of you.
-
It offers a sense of scale, portion, and form.
-
See the volume you are in and start to make decisions about how to design it.

-
Great tool for design--it locks digital content to scale models.
-
It will change the way that architects work and it will change their role.
-
Provide design solutions for architects and structural engineers.
-
Vision facilitation for clients and prospective clients.
-
Holograms with the flexibility of quick iterations.
-
Has the ability to both animate models with the simulated flow of equipment and people, as well as call up more detailed digital content on the actual model space
-
Hundreds of enterprises can be represented on a job site. Today, the best ways for those companies to interact with each other is paper/screen.
-
AR with holographic technology allows you to collaborate with partners regardless of distance like they are right there with you.
-
Higher confidence in decision-making.
The possibilities for the Engineering and Construction industries are just as expansive:
-
Streamline the construction process
-
Fabricators and builders with AR holographic technology could replace rolls of drawings with digital and physical components located in a physical space.
-
Assist engineers, contractors, construction managers, and craftsmen on implementing the project.
-
Making sure the design is implemented correctly on site.
-
Assist workers in the field.
-
Following the life cycle of the building from inception to completion in operation.
-
It will revolutionize construction as it is much more intuitive and easy to adopt than digital drawings that many trades have difficulty integrating into their workflow.
-
It will change the methods of communicating design through construction.
-
Powerful tool--to be used for savings in time, money, errors, and omissions.
